You already know the old adage – if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Work from home, or working on the internet, offers many advantages – and not always to you, the person who wants to work from home. Often, the advantage is for the supposed employer – who posts the scam in hopes of conning you of your money, or your time. Major Signs of ScamHere are some major signs that the posting or website is a scam:
Most Important Sign of Scheme To Make MoneyThis actually refers to the sites that state you can't lose, you can make some ludicrous amount of money just as they did – and then ask you to send them money. THAT's how the money is made – by the unsuspecting person who actually sends in money for some list of ways to money. It doesn't matter if they say the money is to cover the costs of the supposed material, or the training, or to make sure you are really determined to go through with this "money-making" scheme because so many others took advantage but did not follow through – it all means the same – you send in your money, and that's how someone else gets rich. Bottom LineWorking from home means your most valuable asset is your time. Don't waste it, and don't let others waste your time with any work-scams. Finding legitimate work on the internet or working from home is hard, but it can be done. __________________________________________________________________ Copyright November 14, 2008.
